Sinopse: Kiyotaka Higuchi graduated from the medical school in one go and was on the path to becoming an elite doctor in cardiovascular surgery. However, just before he could obtain his specialist qualification, he was ordered to go to a remote village in Kyushu as an internal medicine doctor for ‘some reason’ and is currently struggling to communicate with the elderly every day. Kiyotaka, who was lamenting his situation that could be seen as a demotion and just kept venting, one night, while crying drunk, he receives help from a yakuza man who introduces himself as ‘Tenju’ and, without knowing what was going on, falls into an obscene act······.
